  • आप फॉर्म को डाउनलोड करे और फॉर्म को पूरा भरे|
  • फॉर्म को एक 25 रुपये के Envelope जिसकी  (Size 12 x 18 CMS) होनी चाहिए ले लें |
  • फॉर्म भरने के बाद आप Envelope के ऊपर बड़े अक्षरों में लिखना है (“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Tradesman Mate / JOA / MA / Fireman / MTS Also stating UR / OBC / SC / ST / EWS / EX-SERVICEMAN / PH / MSP.”)
  • यह ध्यान दे इनमे से आपको सारी चीजे नहीं लिखनी है जैसे : आपने Tradesman पोस्ट के लिए अप्लाई किया है तो केवल इसी पोस्ट का नाम नहीं लिखना है, बाकी का नहीं |
  • मै एक उदहारण के तौर पर समझाता हूँ (जैसे कोई OBC का छात्र है वो MTS Post के लिए अप्लाई किया तब उसे ऐसे Envelope पे ऐसे लिखना होगा : “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MTS Also Stating OBC”)
  • .फॉर्म के साथ अभी Documents एकत्र करना है
  • Documents : जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, Education Certificate.
  • ये सभी Step पूरा करने के बाद आपको Speed Post कर देना है निचे दिए गए Address पर|
